Profile

Key Objectives:

To promote the FENDI brand awareness through the implementation of effective marketing and communications programs, specifically Events and Media, in Singapore, Malaysia, and supporting other SEA markets.

Together with the Marketing & Communication Director, SEA and Australia strategize the brand development and initiatives, aligning with merchandising and retail under global brand guidelines and parameters.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Events: Press and Retail

Plan press, retail and local instore event aligning with retail and merchandising team, in line with the brand guidelines and objectives. Organize regular events to sustain brand awareness and drive commercial results.

Media

Work with the local media agency to effectively plan and oversee all media activities, online and offline, as well as advertising opportunity within FENDI retail network in SG and MY Ensure consistency of visuals selection in line with guidelines from Regional office. Manage media / budgets to ensure efficiency and productivity for Singapore and Malaysia.

Marketing

Responsibility for marketing and communications activities for SG and MY. Preparation of proposals and budgeting for all events Budget and monitor all expenses related to marketing and communications. Coordination of activities with local merchandising team, retail teams and communications teams. Ensuring all brand executions in the market acting under the brand guideline and process.

Additional information

Relevant Experience and Training:

Degree holder in marketing or related disciplines Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing Related industry experience (Luxury fashion) preferred

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams Strong attention to detail, and good analytical skills Experience in Media, Digital and Events Management a plus Pro-active, creative and willing to think "outside the box" and results oriented Good interpersonal and communication skills Presentable, with good personal attitude. Excellent command in written and spoken English Strong skills in Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint
