Responsible for leadingadministrative support and Office Services.

Key focus areas of this role is to (a) provide general administrativesupport efficiently and effectively (b) proper management of company events andactivities, (c) ensures proper implementation of administrative processes andprocedures.

Administrative Support

  • HandlesLogistic Arrangements for all CFN Visitors

  • Fleet management ( Vehicle monitoring;maintenance; issuance; safekeeping)

  • Handles mobile phone processing/ laptopprocessing (thru coordination with IT)

  • Handles Office Uniforms processing

  • Petty Cash Management

  • Housekeeping (upkeep and maintenance of officeequipment in coordination with IT; Orderliness and Cleanliness of CFNBuildings)

  • Champion company events (Mass Meetings; ChrismasParty, International Women's Day, Green Day, Summer Outing, Family Day etc.)

  • Review Canteen Services

  • Attend to guests/ visitors of the plant

  • Ensures that all incoming and outgoing documentsare properly distributed and transmitted. Maintain files/ record of documentshandled.

  • Manage day to day schedule of2 Admin drivers

Manage Costs

  • Ensuresthat all activities are workedwithinbudget

  • Monitorsexpenses vs allotted budget

Supplies Management

  • SuppliesRequisition and PO Creation- office supplies; pantry supplies; tissues; vendo;office equipment; office uniforms

  • Ensuressupplies availability at all times. Do coordination on Plant Coordinators forsupplies ordering, for consolidation


Minimum Requi r edQualifications

  • Graduate of Business Courses

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbalcommunication skills

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Knowledge of clerical and administrativeprocedures and systems

  • Well-organized, attention to details

  • Strongwork ethic, reliable

  • Teamworkand collaboration skills

  • Drive for continuous improvement

P r efer r ed Qualifications

  • With at least 2-3 years’ experience inGeneral Services/ Admin Functions
