Job responsabilities

1.Shape and build a healthy backlog: defines and prioritizes functionalities to be developed pertaining to savings and investment based on impact to key metrics with enough anticipations to guarantee the development teams are constantly at full capacity

2.Negotiate with different stakeholders (compliance, providers, technology, legal, and business) to ensure the delivery of features fulfill the expectations of our clients in terms of quality and relevance.

3.Creation of requirements in the form of user stories that clearly communicate the functionality that is to be developed for our customers

4.Coordinate the development and execution of the development team assigned to the journey to ensure timely and successful production deliveries in a continuous manner.

5.Lead discovery sessions in collaboration with the UX teams in order to identify opportunities to solve customer pain points through digital solutions, increase customer’s deposits, and change their habits related to better understanding their finances and promoting a healthier finance.

6.Coordinate a large multidisciplinary team from different organizations (technology, vendors, legal, marketing, business, compliance, information security, etc.) and align them on a unified vision to deliver specific functionalities pertaining to financial wellness.


Education level:

Bachelors (BA) - Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Psychology or related.

Areas of emphasis: Business strategy, Project management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Design Thinking, Finance or related


Job Experience5+ years: Proven Digital Product Management delivering customer-facing solutions.

Managerial Experience 5+ years: Leading team of min. 3 people for at least 3 years.

Other Experience (Technical, etc.) 5+ years: Project Management, Design Thinking, Agile delivery, Behavioral Economics

Knowledge and Skills:

For this role, it will be very important that the person have strong leadership skills in order to manage a multidisciplinary team with various individuals that will have varying profiles and skill sets. Strong knowledge in design thinking and agile is required, as the role requires using these methodologies in order to find solutions to customer pain points rooted in a true understanding of customer behaviors. Being able to empathize with our customers will be key; understanding their needs, their aspirations, their fears, and the relationship, they hold with their finance. Strategic thinking with a capacity for execution is also important. Additionally, knowledge on how banking products, budgeting, financial planning, and client psychology works is crucial.
