Regional Senior Business Project

·Interfacing with business to define project requirements and establish project work plan and deadlines

·Develop and maintain successfulrelations with the business and ensure approvals as necessary and ensure the smooth integration and delivery of projects; set and be accountable for project deadlines

·Manage Architect, Engineers, vendors, consultants and regulatory agencies

·Capability to perform inspections of job site conditions and project progress, as required

·Tracking and reporting of project financials, schedules and documentation in various systems- MS Project

·Coordination & oversight; coordination of daily construction activities

·Review design documents to ensure design standards are met

·Monitor schedule and costs against the project estimates. Report significant variances and develop corrective action plans in collaboration with the stablished operational Governance model.

·Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans based on approved funding. Project plans typically include: scope, schedule, cost, quality, roles and responsibilities, communication, risk and issue management. Obtain commitment to the plans

·Ensure adherence to corporate Policies and Guidelines during the delivery process

• Coordinate with Capital Projects, Real Estate, Finance, Strategy, Relocations and other CRS teams, as needed, to develop and complete projects.

o Review objectives, budgets and timelines to facilitate the approval of Capital Expenditure Proposals.

o Manage the project portfolio financial budget (expense & capital).

o Coordinate with CSIS Finance and outsourced service providers to develop budgets and update forecast by identifying Risks and Opportunities.

• Develop key metrics with the Program Managers.

o Develop and manage processes for dashboard reporting, executive summaries, and monitoring progress against plan

Qualifications

Qualifications

Studies:

• Bachelor's degree or engineering, master's degree will be a plus.

Experience:

·Ability to create and track project schedule through MS Projects

·experience in the construction and project management industry during which s/he applied a structured approach (methodology) to project monitoring and reporting through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through closure preferred.

·3 years’ experience managing project management vendors preferred.

·Team player with ability to handle strong personalities at all levels of the company

·Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management

·Technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and industry standard project management tools.

·Financial Services experience preferred
