Position

  • Ensure that the Retail organization is trained at the required level on Quality topics (how to handle the product, how to store the product, how to report Retail Quality problems ...)

  • Ensure that quality rules are respected and followed

  • Develop and maintain regular reporting with measurable KPIs to ensure good follow up of the department

  • Collaborate closely with After Sale Service

  • Collaborate regularly with different departments in different countries and on different levels (Trainer, Merchandising, Visual merchandising...) on retail quality improvement

  • Identify, analyze and report problems identify in the different countries or flow and provide recommendation on how to improve

  • Provide positive leadership through effective communications, motivational techniques, coaching, and training

  • Foster a sense of teamwork throughout the organization

  • Motivate/Train other to become solution orientated

  • Ensures continuous improvement and business sustainability mindset

  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

  • Frequent visits to Asian boutiques are expected

    Profile
  • Bachelor degree in related disciplines

  • 3+ years' experience in a retail environment with emphasis on operations, store management or training

  • Knowledge of international luxury environment, experience in fashion or leather good is a plus

  • Good PC skills including Excel

  • Good command of English and Cantonese

  • Cheerful and hard working

  • Organized, detail-minded, energetic and action-oriented

  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures

  • Independent, able to work under pressure

  • Responsible and willing to learn

  • Ability to handle diversity

  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills, able to work across functional areas and levels of the organization

  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment, excellent command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin and Japanese is preferable

  • Occasional travel is required
