Position

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR consultancy services on a wide range of compensation and benefits issues

  • Make recommendations to Top Management concerning how to enhance the LVMH P&C Division's rewards and benefits structures for formulating the total rewards strategy

  • Provide assistance during the annual salary and bonus reviews

  • Collect market intelligence information, analyze and interpret market salary surveys, compile analyses, summarize key findings, and highlight management implications

  • Work as a team with all HRBPs for both the Regional and Local Markets to review and make proposals on compensation packages for new recruits and existing employees

  • Assist in handling staff mobility and employee transfer management including package proposal, tax simulation and assistance, work permit, relocation, housing coordination, etc.

  • Conduct alignment exercises on HR policies & benefits, as well as performance management processes across operations in different countries

  • Coordinate with the HR Operations Team to ensure annual staff cost & headcount reporting are compiled in a timely manner and aligned to guidelines set by headquarter

  • Perform the analysis of various incentive/profit sharing schemes, staff allowance, employee medical insurance, retirement programs, etc., as well as assess the quality of service providers

  • Coordinate the review the compensation and benefits programs with the HR Operations Team, ensuring that they meet the business objectives and best practices and lead on the annual reviewal process

  • Lead and assist on any ad hoc projects and initiatives on compensation, benefits, and HRIS

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 5-8 years solid relevant working experience in compensation and benefits in a Multi-National Corporation

  • Previous experience in expatriate administration management is preferred

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient and hands-on with HRIS

  • Solid computer literacy skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong and/or Macau

  • Able to work with limited supervision & a strong sense of responsibility
