Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will provide a full training cycle for Field teams which runs from induction through to classroom learning, field coaching and ongoing development. Everything you do will have a single goal in mind: to drive productivity, self-sufficiency and consistent behaviours throughout the team, via a real, relevant and revenue-driven sales education.

A proven track record of delivering effective sales training in a fast-paced, technical solutions environment is essential. You will have significant experience of co-ordinating, facilitating and delivering training programmes and onboarding orientation plans, with an adaptable style that encompasses classroom, seminars, webinars and phone-based coaching. A thorough knowledge of L&D concepts, models and methodology is vital, supported by an imaginative approach that uses a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
