Enzo Biochem Inc. Strategic Account Manager- Germany (Fluency in German and English) in Germany
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager the candidate will:
Be responsible for the development of key German customer accounts in Northern Germany.
Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, and leverage these relationships to develop sales growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
Participate in joint planning and reporting processes with the Sales Manager to develop and attain performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Assist and co-operate with other account managers and sales support staff, as necessary, to develop key academic accounts in the territory.
A motivated, goal-orientated individual who can work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
A professional outward appearance and attitude, with superior oral/written communication skills, including strong negotiation skills.
Strong interest in cell/molecular biology, with knowledge of drug discovery and development processes and platforms.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, respond quickly to changing priorities, and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
Possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong computer proficiency.
A Bachelor’s degree (or preferably higher) in a life science subject.
A sales background (min. 3 years) in the life science market, preferably handling German Pharma and Biotech accounts.
Fluency in German and English is essential, another European language is advantageous.
The position is based either in Germany, Switzerland (Basel Office) or United Kingdom (London office).
The possession of a full Driving Licence is required.
