Description

The main Purpose of the North Hub Client Service Head, is to drive the execution of the day to day of the Citiservice Center located in Colombia, in addition it will double hat to manage the Regional Service Manager team. Both teams support all the Cash management, Corporate Cards, Electronic Banking Support and Supply Chain Finance inquiries for 15 countries in Latin America with over 14,000 clients.

This position will lead the day to day client services and will support the regional business in leading, analyzing, implementing and managing the interactions and governance with the North Hub Countries in the Latin America Market, in order to deliver valuable solutions to clients while maximizing client experience, revenues and risk adjusted returns. Also, this professional will be focused on the management and implementation of Quality & process improvement in Service and Governance strategies across geographies and will be 100% accountable for the Client Service day to day activities in order to mitigate unnecessary misunderstanding and acting proactively with our client to increase, improve and change the service and operational processes we have in place.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Academic Studies:

•Bachelor's degree

•MBA a plus

Specific Knowledge:

•People Management Skills

•Bilingual (Spanish and English)

•Deep Knowledge of TTS products

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

•10 - 15 years industry experience

•10 - 15 years of management experience
