Accountabilities 职能范围 * Achieve sales and market share targets within the assigned territory . 完成所负责区域的销售目标,提升市场份额; * Support Area Manager to manage area projects / capable to work in challenge territory. 支持区域经理管理区域项目 / 可以在具有挑战的区域开展业务; * Support Area Manager to manage area projects / capable to work in challenge territory.

  • Clear direction promoter (3P) to implement demand creation. 清晰指导业务专员(第三方编制)开展市场需求拉动;

  • Co-work with customer marketing on delivering the campaigns. 与客户市场部共同执行市场活动;
  • Take initiative to handle the complaint with related functional teams. 与相关团队主动处理客户抱怨;
  • Collect and report market intelligence and relevant value chain insights. 收集市场信息及相关产业链信息;
  • Build solid and professional relationship based on recognized expertise and trust with customers across the assigned Territory. 与当地客户与政府相关部门建立良好的关系;
  • Sales goal setting and prediction of distributor and county level. 二级经销商、县级 BBD 的客户目标制定、预测;
  • (Must) Sales contribution: Minimum RMB 12 million or higher (Area must have fulfilled its budget within a regular base target & sales contribution by business rep shall not be lower than the average sales level in the previous year) ( 否决项 ) 销售额: 1200 万人民币及以上(小区完成当年正常基础下的预算目标,不低于业务代表上一年目标)
  • Market share: Market share within markets responsible is higher than average market share level in the Area 市场份额:所负责区域的市场份额在所在小区市场份额之上
  • Actual sales growth in the Area for 2 consecutive years 年度区域销售增长,持续 2 年以上
  • Participated in 2nd-tier distributor, County-level BBD sales planning, forecast (, implementation 二级批发商、县级 BBD 预测准确性( )、销售计划谈判、执行
  • Inventory level shall not exceed previous year’s level 考核库存(百分比不能超过前一年水平)
  • Coaching for new promoers 辅导新业务员
