Your main Challenges:

  • Promote National Bank's electronic products (wire transfers, online transactions, direct deposits, etc.) to referred business owner in order for them to join our services

  • Analyse and understand business client needs in order to provide advice on the best electronic products and services

  • Offer superior and consistent customer service at all times to all business clients, from SMEs to large companies

  • Answer internal calls from branches and other partners

  • Inform clients (from SMEs to large companies) about the Bank products and services most suited to their needs with a view to cross-selling through referrals.

  • Three-year college diploma or the academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Call center experience, an asset

  • Knowledge of banking products, an asset

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to identify business opportunities and meet objectives

  • Interest in working in a environment that requires excellent analytical skills, proactive, patience, good judgement in order to fully understand client needs and the ability to explain banking concept clearly

  • Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French), essential
