We’re seeking a Quality Training Specialist, based in our Vilnius, Lithuania office. This position has the responsibility over the regular quality and/or training functions, implementing process improvement initiatives, delivering training content to new hires and existing staff.

  • Review and evaluate the work of staff of Agent Implementation

  • Compile statistical data and write the narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings

  • Review, interpret and implement quality assurance standards and indicate gaps to reduce the error rate

  • Monitor unusual occurrences, report follow-up procedures, and report monthly and year-to-date comparisons

  • Assist the management with records from revisions and procedures

What you will need to succeed:

  • Fluency in English (B2)

  • A strong team player with a customer centric approach

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines

  • General IT literacy

What will make you stand out:

  • Educated to University/College degree level

  • Experience in Quality or Business Operations related field

  • Knowledge of AS400, WUAMS, Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases
