Oracle Client Success Business Operations Analyst in Vienna, Virginia
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.

Oracle is looking for a Client Success Business Operations Analyst to join a growing Strategic Utilities Account Team, dedicated to helping strategic utility clients exceed the goals of their Oracle partnership. This role will interface with our strategic utility partners, account delivery executives, key account directors, enterprise architects and others to develop and support analytics and process standardization across all strategic utility accounts.

Standardize and support monthly account reporting that is provided to the Oracle and customer executive level
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the success factors for each client.
Develop processes and reporting for value tracking at each client.
Gather, analyze and report on service request information for on prem and cloud application metrics.
Identify and define other typical reporting requirements to standardize client experience and ensure consistency and quality.
Seek opportunities to improve and standardize processes, documentation, tooling, and operational efficiency.
Gather requirements from business owners, stakeholders, etc.
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or other related degree or equivalent experience.
Have work-related experience with BI reporting tools, report design, excel, and data structures to support reporting insights.
Function well in a fast-paced, informal environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high.
Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and written.
Self-starter, motivated and takes initiative with ability to work with limited supervision.
Passionate about client success, data analytics and process improvement.
