Position Overview: The Stitcher operators are responsible for set up and operation of Finishing equipment (Saddle Stitcher) to customer specifications with many other required job responsibilities.

Shifts for these positions will be 7am -7pm or 7pm –7am and will include days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Must have experience operating Saddle Stitch Prior Finishing Operator experience and proven familiarity of Finishing equipment is required Must have mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment for set up and malfunctions are required Must have a good understanding of computer controls and how they and how they work Must be able to perform basic math calculations Must have an excellent understanding of measurements Candidates must also have good verbal and written comprehension skills Must be able to bend and lift continuously, performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere, and stand for extended periods of time, with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision Additional Company Information We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401(k), holidays, vacations and more.
