Robert Half International Contracts Administrator in VERNON, Connecticut
Contracts Administrator Opportunity. Great opportunity for a Contracts Administrator with a successful global manufacturing organization. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for order processing, including; purchase agreements/purchase orders, financial compliance, legal terms and conditions reviews, product configuration, margin analysis, and RFQ?s. The Contract Administrator will facilitate the processing and management of customer equipment/software orders from inception to procurement and shipment of finished products. Other duties will include; equipment configuration review, discount approval, and review of payment terms.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of contracts experience preferably in the manufacturing industry along with superior vendor relations and customer service. Strong Excel skills and MS Access will also be very helpful but not required. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented and have an analytical mindset. A competitive salary up to $70,000 is offered depending on experience along with excellent benefits.
