Introduction
The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Organization is responsible for the transfer of knowledge and qualification of the ASML infrastructure, installation and buildings at sites in the Netherlands.
We are looking for an EHS professional to fill the role of liaison within Corporate Real Estate between the daytime organization and 24/7 support with respect to Emergency Response.
Job Mission
-Act as one of the Operational Heads ERT. Represent CRE during off-office hours towards the campus;
-Member of the CRE EHS Officers team (Supervision contractor safety incl. Permit-to-Work and V&G) activities to guarantee smooth and safe ecution of routine and non-routine activities.
Job Description
Operational Head Emergency Response (OHBHV)
-Takes the lead in the execution of the ERT tasks and responsibilities
-Analysis and reporting of ERT activities during emergency situations
-ASML representative in case of communication to external emergency services
-Escalates emergencies to ASML (CRE) management
-Evaluates actions taken after an emergency including report out to ASML management and strategic head ERT
-Member and leader of the First Response team ASML
Supervision EHS within CRE organization.
-Control of activities regarding Workpermit activities (Lototo, safety, procedures etc.) including responsibility for work processes and procedures
-Audit adherence to issued Permit-to-Work and perform contractor safety observation rounds
-Recognize, keep track and report unsafe situations (incident reporting)
-Participates in safety studies
Training
-Develop and perform training to CRE colleagues and contractors
Education
HBO, MBO + in technical or building degree
IVK, MVK, willing to follow further education to HVK
Experience
3-5 years relevant experience with ERT/BHV organizations.
Personal skills
Self-starter, motivated, driver mentality.
Stress resistant, social, constructive, accurate.
Excellent communication skills (written and orally), ability to interact with external emergency services.
Ability to analyze complex emergency situations and act in a constructive and rational way.
Preferably: Experience of complex building processes and associated risks.
Context of the position
Reports to: CRE EHS Manager
Manages: No direct reports
Interfaces: ASML management, CRE management, Contractors, external emergency services, Strategic Head ERT.
Other information
Incumbent must be available for 24/7 5-shift operation.
