We are recruiting for the following position(s):
On-Call receptionist position available at the Medical clinic in Vancouver Delaware. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting all customers, register clients following all protocols, answer phone calls and transfer calls as needed to the appropriate staff. The Receptionist will also receive, sort, and route all facility mail and provide administrative support to the facility administrator and other facility managers within the clinic.
Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting and medical terminology preferred.
Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required.
Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills are necessary for this position.
Good organizational skills are a must.
Previous healthcare customer service desired.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Russian required.
