As a Solution Sales Leader you will be responsible for driving consulting project work directly via your Demand Generation sales efforts. In addition, you will work closely with the Ajera software sales team to develop and grow new License Attach consulting business. This is an inside sales position created to help grow all consulting work around the Ajera consulting business. Successfully selling consulting services for ERP software requires mastering many different skills, including Lead Generation, Business Development, Qualification, Business Analysis, Visioning, Presentations, Negotiation and Closing Business.

  • Selling Deltek Ajera consulting solutions to C-Level Executives and/or key stakeholders in the A&E community.

  • Prospecting, networking, presenting Deltek's value propositions, negotiating pricing and closing sales.

  • Consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.

  • Accurately report activity and opportunity pipeline data to management and into Salesforce.com in timely manner.

  • Maintain high number of weekly new face-to-face or conference prospect meetings.

  • Participate and help drive the initial Customer Success or Discovery calls with prospects

  • Develop customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects.

  • Identify need for and proper use of internal and external resources (consulting support staff)

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ajera product knowledge

  • Consulting or Project Management experience with implementations

  • Prior sales experience
