In this role, you have the opportunity to
Be an integral part of this dynamic team as an Account Manager. This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and to the overall growth of our business.
You are responsible for
Become intimately familiar with the company’s products and services
Collaborate in the development of the company’s sales strategy
Work closely with the inside sales team, marketing team, and Philips champions to prospect new customers
Nurture qualified leads and convert prospects to customers
Own customer meetings, pitches and demos
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Track sales activities and customer conversations using Salesforce
Successfully transition relationships to the growth team
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
5+ years of hospital sales experience (bonus for digital health solutions)
Consultative sales experience
Experience with Salesforce
Action-oriented problem-solver with superb written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about improving healthcare
Empathic listener who can identify client needs; responsive, accountable, and customer-centric
Able to express and defend views while also passionately committing to and executing on decisions that diverge from one's own thinking
Reflective and humble; appreciates receiving constructive feedback and respectfully articulating constructive feedback to others
Embraces uncertain structure when participating in new or experimental initiatives
Comfortable operating in highly entrepreneurial and capital-constrained environments and figuring out how to marshal resources in creative ways to deliver results
Able to perform well with considerable self-direction and autonomy
Willing to travel extensively
