Position Overview

Commercial Metals Company is currently seeking an Office Sales Clerk to support our CRP location in Tulsa, Oklahoma! The Office Sales Clerk will support the initiative of providing strong customer service in a timely, professional and courteous manner. This position will support the facility by executing general clerical duties, which include answering customer’s feedback, data entry in the computer, answering phone calls and emails, filing and scanning documents. This individual will also be assisting our Inside Sales team with additional responsibilities.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Comply with local safety procedures and regulations at all times• Maintain confidentiality of organizational documents and information• Perform basic office duties including answering and directing phone calls, sorting mail and calling for mail pick-up, copying, faxing, and filing • Communicate with customers and address any issues• Constantly perform repetitive motions including finger movement, and twisting or pressure involving the wrists/hands• Able to sit for long periods of time• Lift up to 25 pounds• Other duties as assigned

• Able to execute the essential functions and responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodations• Ability to communicate both written and verbally with customers, employees, and business leaders• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, etc.)• Great organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task• Strong customer service skills• Able to maintain confidentiality• Analytical and problem solving skills• Courteous, friendly, and willing to learn• Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment• 2 to 3 years' experience in similar office environment preferred

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
