The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the operation of the office and administrative functions including receptionist tasks. Performs a variety of filing and data entry and assists with overflow work from the Transportation Assistant.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Office and administrative functions including but not limited to:Answers phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries from internal and external parties.Performs data entry of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.Assists with customer collections and invoicing.Assists with onboarding and benefit enrollments.Assists the Transportation Assistant and General Manager.Requirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.One to three years administrative experience preferred.Special Requirements:Can do proactive attitude.Good verbal and written communication skills.Organized, flexible, ability to work independently.
