Job Description

  • The use of hand tools or hand-held power tools to work on building of various assemblies in the production of hand guns and rifles.

  • Perform quality checks on products including blueprint tolerances and visual criteria before and after work is done on the part.


  • The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, and/or your two hands to rasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.

  • The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.

  • Capability of lifting a minimum of 25lbs.

  • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words in English.

  • Employees must possess the ability to clearly communicate information and ideas orally, so others will understand.

  • Knowledgeable of small hand tools and measurement gages a plus.
