Health-Ade Kombucha Brand Partnership Manager in Torrance, California
Position Summary: The Brand Partnerships Manager will cultivate, solidify, and manage strategic relationships with partners through multi-platform marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and consumer affinity. We are looking for an innovative tastemaker and stakeholder that can develop programs around these partnerships to engage our customer and bring the brand to life. This is a strategic and tactical role with the primary responsibilities being to create, plan, and execute a range of integrated marketing plans & programs, execute large events and lead content development.

Structure deals and lead negotiations with brand partners and vendors
Develop campaigns around brand partners and events
Oversee the creation of tailored presentations for brand partners
Use trends and knowledge about the competitive landscape to develop a strategic vision for potential new brands and product lines
Project manage brand campaigns with our marketing and creative teams
Empower and partner with likeminded companies to engage with and deliver timely and relevant, high impact content
Ensure partners receive product by handling shipper and weekly product drop logistics
Efficiently oversee and manage budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of funds while maximizing return for Health-Ade
Foster strong relationships with agencies, vendors and partners while collaborating on large events for Health-Ade
Coordinate and conceptualize large event logistics with partners
Develop reports, analytics and insights into initiatives and campaigns
Generate evaluation reports to demonstrate effectiveness of events and programs executed, focusing on consumer reach, sales as well as any key learnings for the brand
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams in order to achieve departmental goals, which may include advertising, media planners/buyers, legal, risk management, public relations, brand marketing, operations, trade and field marketing
Develop and oversee execution of comprehensive, dedicated, targeted multi-platform media and marketing plans in order to maximize impact of new and existing relationships, including but not limited to advertising creative and placement, database marketing, social media execution, sweepstakes, etc.
Oversee direction and execution of high value programs, as well as creative and formal proposals.
Direct coordination of brand initiatives and events by communicating programs and promotions, distributing collateral, and maintaining brand standards
