The Marketing & Operations Project Manager works closely with various marketing, product and corporate stakeholders, providing superior project management for commercial deployment, and ensuring flawless execution of each individual project. In this role, you will be the single point of contact shaping project priorities, timing as well as the lead in vendor relationships. The role requires extraordinary co-ordination and (internal/external) customer relationship skills.


  • Spearhead a variety of B2B marketing and corporate projects while maintaining a strong client service orientation

  • Review all project specifications with internal stakeholders from kickoff to execution

  • Manage stakeholder expectations with regard to timing and cost

  • Own budgets and timelines by advising on any changes throughout project life cycles, and manage the budget approval process when applicable

  • Collaborate with the following internal departments: design, content, lead generation, customer success, sales, product marketing, events and various corporate functions

  • Source all materials necessary and advise on brand requirements

  • Act as a troubleshooter and problem solver throughout the life cycle of projects, and identify any issues requiring escalation

  • Ensure work is delivered with highest level of quality at all times


  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in a B2B and/or agency environment

  • High level of knowledge and efficiency in PM software (Wrike Project Management Platform is a plus!)

  • Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly (e.g. multi-media)

  • Highly proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides

  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines

  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
