TouchBistro is looking for a DevOps Engineer at the Intermediate or Senior level to join our ever growing team in our Toronto Development office. Working on the DevOps team, you will be responsible for managing, improving and building out development workflow and production systems as the company continues to scale.

Collaborate with the development teams to enable them to get their code out safely and quickly
Maintain and Work in AWS to maintain, update, scale and harden existing infrastructure
Build infrastructure and tooling for new services
Innovate and Find better ways of doing things, improve workflow and never listen to ?this is how we?ve always done it?
ALL ABOUT YOU
Expert at maintaining and managing highly available Linux systems and software at scale
Familiarity with core networking concepts
Competent with AWS and it?s core services (RDS, EC2, Route53, VPCs, Security Best Practices)
Working knowledge of configuration management software (Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
Experience deploying and debugging applications (NodeJS, Ruby)
Experience with performance monitoring and alerting (CloudWatch, Newrelic, Datadog, etc.)
Experience with Docker and ECS is a huge benefit
Understanding of automated builds systems (ie. Jenkins, CircleCI, TravicCI) is nice to have
Prior experience working closely with or being embedded on development teams is of value
Experience building custom tooling using Python is preferred
Working knowledge of the Windows ecosystem (Active Directory, MSSQL)
Able to occasionally work out of hours and be part of an on-call rotation
