TouchBistro Associate, Acquirer Relationships in Toronto, Ontario

As the Associate, Acquirer Relationships you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships of all acquirer partners. You will be focused on handling deal flow, escalations and reporting on each partner's performance. You'll work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure merchants are set up and supported accordingly. We are looking for someone with the desire to learn and passion to drive integrated payments to all TouchBistro customers.


  • Relationship Management: Managing the day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders from acquirer partners

  • Operational Execution: Ensure the organization is set up to handle and support new acquirer integrations and subsequent device introductions

  • KPI Reporting: Provide reporting and analysis on defined KPIs

  • Partner Management: Serve as the point of contact between TouchBistro and partner organizations

  • Reporting & Reconciliation: Work with cross functional teams to report and reconcile partner activity and financials


  • Previous payments experience in partner management, preferably with the payments or SaaS industries

  • Prioritization: Ability to synthesize various scenarios and prioritize matters with minimal supervision

  • Operate with a sense of urgency: Ensure all parties are held accountable and deliverables are met on time

  • Creative problem solver: Recognize that there is always a way to get something done

  • Education: At least 2 years of working experience and undergraduate degree

  • Full proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish an asset
