Central Administration, Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic Location Central Administration, Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic City Toppenish Employment duration: Full time Exempt Status: Non-exempt Standard clerks are responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities including timely distribution of accounts payable and payroll checks to vendors and clinic staff per established procedures, maintains inventory spreadsheets for the Corporation. Banking clerks are responsible for the bank reconciliation process for corporate bank accounts. Involves high activity accounts needing significant attention to detail in order to reconcile to internal cash receipt and payment transactions. Also includes general accounting, and filing. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates Degree in Accounting or related subject. Proven experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis. Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: None. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Ability to effectively communicate orally and through writing; knowledge of office practices and procedures; ability to use standard office machines; ability to maintain accurate and legible records; ability to prepare reports using simple math computation and computer spreadsheets; knowledge of computers and relevant software; ability to work independently with minimal direction; and ability to prioritize tasks and schedule work time.
