Key responsibility for all regional sales, third

party alliances, and customer satisfaction.

Develops and implements a

comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle Communication’s opportunities

across our key product lines which include all BSS and OSS related products as

well as Oracle Monetization Cloud (Cloud Billing) and Live Experience Cloud

(Customer Engagement).

Leader needs to have experience driving

Digital Transformations across Telecommunication Service Providers and/or

Enterprise customers.

Looking for

experienced sales management leaders with the following key characteristics:

  • Extensive experience selling into TelecommunicationService Providers, particularly in the areas of BSS and OSS

  • Digital Transformation thought leader capable ofhelping executives successfully set a strategy on how to best transform theirbusiness by leveraging latest digital technologies and business practices.

  • Strong experience managing sales teams across JPACregion

  • Established C-Level relationships acrossTelecommunication Service Providers in the region

  • Experience selling Cloud Billing into Enterprise basedcustomers is not required but a strong positive

  • Experience selling Customer Relationship Software andSaas solutions into either CSPs and/or Enterprise customer also very positive.

  • Experience establishing Alliances and Sales Channelsacross the region

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives

including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales

process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager.

Sells and

promotes the sales of Oracle Communication products to customers including

negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.

Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division.

Builds working relationships across all functional groups (sales,

presales, consulting and alliances in each respective sub-territory to

establish proper go to market for each territory and to develop joint account

plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.

Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and

accurately predicts revenue and bookings on a monthly basis.

Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales

team.

part of Global Executive Sales Management team for Oracle Communications

Business Unit.

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge.
