Job Summary: Reporting to the marketing Brand management Manager, Global Commercial Services (GCS) Japan, this position is responsible to execute the associated brand initiatives to boost the presence of our commercial solution/products and its brand in Japan market.

Key features of the role include;



1. ATL Brand initiative execution: - Understand deeply the brand strategy and GCS goal/products to execute effectively brand related initiatives such as ATL, related events, brand guidance execution across GCS (LOB) etc. - Establish a best-in-class customer experience - Work closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver the attractive plans for GCS awareness - Develop an effective tracking method for the strategy and manage the progress of KPI.



2. BTL creative development support: - Work efficiently with agency/internal stake holders to develop BTL creatives for achieving GCS goal. - Manage creative agencies by providing effective direction and feedback in a professional manner. - Support proactively other team members across GCS to develop high quality collaterals which effectively deliver our key messages and information. - Understand deeply the regulations and be a brand ambassador for keeping to the brand guideline.



3. A&P management: -Manage A&P efficiently/correctly by following the procedure.



4. Other: -Support proactively ad-hock business needs.

・Experience in executing ATL and BTL in house or at agency is required. B2B marketing experience will be preferable. ・Skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel. ・Team player and excellent communication skill to work with colleague across LOB. While respecting others’ opinions, be vocal on what s/he believes in, proactively interact with stake holders in positive attitude. ・Logical thinking, proactive, curious, strong challenge spirit, Growth mind set ・Results oriented and good project management ・Good understanding of customer experience, customer journey. ・Willingness to be hands-on and flexible ・Japanese native and business level English required (written and oral) ・Basic PC skill and online/social knowledge
