VMware Account Executive in Tokyo, Japan

Responsibilities:

  • 担当顧客の課題を理解し解決するため、ひいてはビジネス貢献の視点から製品・サービスを含めた統合的な提案を行う

  • 市場動向・IT 投資特性・競合状況などを分析の上、VMware ソリューションの営業戦略を作成する

  • アカウント・プランを作成しそれに基づいた活動全般を行い、受注活動の主たる役割を担う

  • 四半期毎の販売計画の進捗管理および達成の為のリーダーシップおよびサポートをする

  • パートナー企業とリレーション構築と協業して提案およびクロージングを行う

Requirements

  • IT 業界での法人営業職で、Retail 担当営業として個人目標額を持ち、提案型ソリューション営業の経験を 5 年以上お持ちの方

  • 大規模インフラシステム提案経験をお持ちの方

  • 仮想化ソリューションの提案経験をお持ちの方尚可

  • 営業目標の達成のため、プロセスを確立・実践し、高いゴールを継続して達成されている方

  • 社内外とベストな協力体制を維持し、最適なソリューションを提案するためのスキルをお持ちの方(コミュニケーション、チームワーク、プレゼンテーション、OA スキル、一定の技術知識など)

  • 英文資料の読解と、Email での英語コミュニケーション力歓迎(努力目標も可)
