General Responsibilities: * Ensuring customer satisfaction when handing phones calls. * Fielding customer complaints, documenting, and reporting issues. * Taking service recovery measures and being able to problem solve on site. * Ensure all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed. * Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
