Key Responsibilities:

Design and assess potential Robotics Process Automation initiatives for Market Operations. - Candidate will have to work with the local Tech teams, global tech teams across NAM, EMEA and LATAM (including Business interaction)

  • Candidate will work independently and should be self-motivated

  • Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources

  • Able to understand user/business requirements to propose robust technical solution

  • Should be able to manage deliverables with minimum supervision

  • Assist in definition of project scope, requirements and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Manage project scope, schedule changes with all stakeholders

  • Exposure to Agile delivery methods

  • Face-off to business leads and senior management

  • Provide development oversight for project team in terms of architecture compliance, interface design & review

  • Proactive and provide quick turnaround to business requirements and management requests

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

Proven ability to translate user requirements into direct system solutions

  • High degree of Capital Markets Operations product/process knowledge

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple project deliveries across global team or vendor team

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships and client relationships

  • Good experience of managing the people side of change to ensure buy-in and commitment to solutions implemented and overcome resistance

  • Experience of managing project teams and motivating people to deliver without line management authority

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills including root cause analysis and at least basic statistics used in understanding causality

  • Experience of data collection, sampling and measurement development and implementation

  • Commercially aware and able to create solid business cases

  • Experience of working closely with IT to deliver targeted ‘process-led’ solutions

  • Self-starter, used to working under own initiative

Skills Required

Demonstrable understanding of:

  • Capital Markets products

  • Middle Office and Operations daily processes and controls

  • LEAN, Six Sigma practices

  • Project management and business analysis
