Kelly Services Help Desk Specialist in Tampa, Florida

Job Description:


  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.

  • Respond to Helpdesk Tickets, either in person or via email, in a timely manner and then following up with the user to ensure issue has been resolved.

  • Installs and offers support for phones

  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves software, hardware, network and system problems.

  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves printer issues.

  • Password management, setting up new users, deleting ex-employees, resetting forgotten passwords, monitoring password resets every 90 days.

  • Email Management, setting up new employees, forwarding emails upon request, discontinuing ex-employees, setting up emails on cell phones and resolving any email issues that may arise.

  • Monitors Antivirus alerts and ensures antivirus is installed on all machines.

  • May be required to be on call after hours and on weekends.

Supported Systems:

  • Date and voice Network systems and switches.

  • Email exchange server and associated email spam firewall.

  • Servers.

  • Cameras and camera servers.

  • Office 365.
