Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. These positions provide operational analysis utilized for decision making. They may make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. The may also be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers. Employees in jobs labeled with SCA must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement. Work does not usually require established procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mentor others

  • Act as a resource for others

  • Coordinate others' activities

  • Review reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report

  • Confer with persons handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and to gather suggestions for improvements

  • Recommend establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information

  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity in all reports published

  • Prepare and issue instructions concerning generation, completion and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management

  • Deal with scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting accordingly

  • Collaborate with Site Leadership to ensure adequate staff, contingency plans and workflow monitoring

  • Create policies and procedures to standardize workforce management functions

  • Analyze, develop action plans, and resolve service delivery and/or service delivery level issues

Required Qualifications:

  • College Graduate

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in call center/BPO setting for analyzing and solving customer problems

  • Prior stable work experience

  • Experience in Excel and Reporting

  • Moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications

  • Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone

  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer

  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
