Learn more at POSITION SUMMARY: The Service Excellence Relations Coordinator has responsibility for partnering with leaders, vendors and staff providing coordination, scheduling and support to the Service Excellence team and ensuring the smooth workflow of daily operations. Work situations require a service-oriented individual with strong organization, prioritization, scheduling and coordination skills. This position requires critical attention to detail; strong customer service skills; discretion and good judgement and has a wide variety of both internal and external contacts. Responsibilities include: management of our coaching network to deploy resources, coordinating and scheduling of all coaching, training, partnership and skill building sessions for our internal and external coaching resources, working closely with external consultants to ensure smooth delivery of system engagements and initiatives, supplying departments and employees with materials outlined by the Service Excellence leadership and delivering system communications for staff and leaders for Service Excellence initiatives. Other responsibilities include maintaining a strong understanding of Service Excellence work and goals while maintaining a high-quality relationship with all consultants, MHS leaders and coaches throughout the system MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Five years experience providing coordination and high level administrative support to leaders Five years experience with computer software applications Previous experience in health care setting preferred Previous experience in patient satisfaction or customer experience preferred EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor Degree required JOIN OUR TALENT COMMUNITY Sign up to receive notifications of new jobs and other information.
