We are looking for a Manager to lead our OSO (Online Sales Org.) Client Solutions Team. OSO is a fast-paced, high-growth team that is transforming the way advertisers connect and build relationships with their customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our most important asset: Talent.

You will lead a team of individuals who are responsible for consulting with advertisers at medium-sized businesses across multiple verticals – and helping to ensure their long-term success with LinkedIn’s full-funnel Marketing Solutions product suite. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business.

The role will include overseeing a group of front-line resources who partner with the LinkedIn Account Executive team for our mid-market and newly acquired accounts as well as driving innovation, leverage and productivity across the team.

Responsibilities :


  • Lead through compassionate management and inspire a level of team excellence through a deep understanding of an individual’s personal development, career goals and change management

  • Prepare effective trainings or coaching that help improve team productivity, customer satisfaction or flawless program management

  • Coach for excellence and spot areas of team or individual skill deficiency

  • Consistently lead through our LinkedIn values and culture, making team members aware and appreciate common manifestations


  • Collaborate and partner with the rest of the leadership team and cross-functional teams (Sales leadership, Sales Ops, Tech Solutions, Product, Insights, HR etc.)

  • Understand and help evaluate new processes, internal tools, best practices and market trends

  • Master LinkedIn process execution and constantly optimize individual and team time resources

  • Identify best practices to streamline workflow to create a seamless experience for clients at varying stages of their engagement with LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, from newly acquired first time advertisers to seasoned advertisers on the platform


  • Develop and drive programs to help team and individuals achieve revenue and segment growth goals

  • Develop programs and processes to help team execute campaigns, develop insights and create positive customer experiences

  • Be able to provide constructive event-based feedback, evaluate performance and hire exceptional talent

  • Lead and contribute to project-based work for the segment or organizational level to facilitate improvement to our LinkedIn business process or operations

  • Anticipate the needs of customers and broader team and drive internal alignment for appropriate resources to execute

Basic Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, account management or professional services

  • 2+ years of management experience

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MBA degree

  • Extensive experience working in a client-facing and quota bearing role

  • Experience leading strategic, cross-functional and change management projects

  • Familiarity with common reporting systems and tools in digital advertising

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
