As an engineering intern, you will work on a variety of technological products that enhance the lives of individuals and businesses globally. You'll also work with teams of intelligent ARRIS engineers who collectively hold over 2,000 patents! You may perform the following: � Develop and/or test software solutions for Cable modem and Gateway CPE delivery.� Track and execute first level of debug on issues detected� Collect diagnostic data for Software engineering.� Update or automate test procedures using scripting languages.� Generate Defect Reports in trouble ticket database.� Configure networks & hardware and troubleshoot network & hardware failures.� Work with and debug internet technologies (TCP, UDP, DHCP, routing protocols, DOCSIS) with industry standard test equipment and processes.
