Job Description

We are seeking the Finance FP&A Manager for the Kite operations in EMEA based in Stockley Park, United Kingdom, reporting to the EMEA Kite finance lead based in Stockley Park.

The Kite FP&A will primarily support business team to build budgets, forecast and provide financial reporting, analysis and insights. The role will also co-operate with Santa Monica FP&A team to align on consolidated Kite financial results and projections.

Essential Functions:

Business Partner:

Supports the EMEA Kite business partners in establishing and launching across EMEA countries, delivering optimal performance from EMEA region and ensure all risks and opportunities are understood by Global Cell Therapy Commercial and Finance Management.

In co-operation with Kite EMEA Finance Lead serves as point of contact to provide insights into European financial information, scenario planning and assumptions for budgets and forecasts.

Functional Responsibility:

Works closely with financial stakeholders and provides insights to revenue, opex and headcount planning for Kite in Europe. Drives consistent reporting standards across countries in EMEA.

Supports a timely, smooth, accurate and consistent month end close and reporting fully compliant to Local/USGAAP requirements.

FP&A responsibility:

In close collaboration with the FP&A CoE, Country teams, Kite finance team in Santa Monica and the business partners develops robust, accurate and fact based revenue projection models based on patient data.

Serves as key point of contact and owner of reconciliation of key business information with financial performance/forecast: patient models, treatment center numbers, ASP calculation and market and competitor analysis.

Provides insights to OPEX spend analytics and projections.

In conjunction with business builds models and maintains Risk and Opportunity updates.

Owns Hyperion inputs, and provides information for demand planning.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

With a unique Company culture, strong core values, operating in an industry with complex reimbursement policies and regulatory environments, we are seeking an experienced individual with proven cultural adaptability and relevant industry experience, preferably at an operational level of FP&A Senior Analyst or higher.

Ideally the candidate will have gained exposure to working within a US corporate environment, working in multi-cultural, and complex stakeholder organizations.

Being able to cope with a wide span of responsibilities including serving as business partner to Kite EMEA business leaders as well as being hands on with some of the financial processes.

Strong interpersonal skills, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation with multiple functions and stakeholders, together with a positive attitude and strong work ethic required.

Results oriented, being able to work independently, self-starter and consistently able to retain the “bigger picture” for adequate prioritization of the work and tasks.

BA or BS degree in accounting or equivalent with a CPA, CA or similar accounting qualification.

An in-depth knowledge of Oracle or equivalent ERP system and proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

Fluent in English, based UK.
