Reference #: 452593Customer Service AdministratorState College, PA 16801Date Posted on Web: 09/16/2019Duration: 9 - 12 MonthsDate Needed: 09/16/2019 Job Description:ACARA Solutions and our client located in State College has a contract to direct hire position available and is looking forCustomer Service Administrator$18.60 per hourAssists the Managers and their staff.and.#39;s calendar and meeting schedules in Microsoft Outlook, to include internal and external meetings with clients and staffManages frequently-changing schedules and appointments as well as coordination of projects and tasksPrepares meeting agendas and compiles materials for use in meetings, discussions, and presentationsMonitors external/internal communications, and addresses communications in an expeditious manner, bringing critical issues to the Manager.and.#39;s attentionSchedules and ensures full support for meetings, coordinates video teleconferences, conference calls, meetings to include reserving rooms, preparing for the event, and coordinating with on-site facilities and information technology expertsPlans local, domestic, and international travel arrangements maintaining awareness of any security processes for international travelPrepares expense reports for travel reimbursements to ensure timely filingDiscretely accepts and screens calls, connects callers with appropriate staff, and follows up as neededGreets internal and external customersObtains data from various sources, analyzes data and information, and prepares reports as neededEnters, formats, and proofreads inputs into Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Word documentsJob Requirements:Required Skills / Qualifications:High School or GEDMinimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or businessMinimum of 2 years' experience in managing information and tasks easilyPreferred Skills / Qualifications:Needs current information technology skills and experienceBasic understanding of the general and technical aspects of the job and the companyWork with moderate supervision, instruction or guidanceWorks well as a team memberGeneral organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task high prioritiesDemonstrate professional written and oral communicationsGeneral interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in interacting with a wide variety of peopleWork effectively with a geographically dispersed and frequently virtual teamEffectively and efficiently works within time constraints and adjust to changing circumstancesSelf-starter who can work independently, within established proceduresFollows procedures to ensure consistent work performanceApplies discretion when dealing with sensitive information/situationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointShould have strong attention to detail and a penchant for accuracyGood writing and editing skills, vocabulary and grammarContact with internal and external co-workers, managers, directors, and executives, executive staff, employees, and administrative staff; external customersAdditional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screenApplicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
