bk medical 2nd Shift Assembler_Specialty in State College, Pennsylvania

Performs limited electronic, electromechanical, mechanical and support production assembly and functions of a repetitive nature to build and assemble routine units.Essential Functions Statement(s)May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning, or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connections.Assembles and install various electrical or electronic components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, diagrams, or established operations practices.Uses various common hand tools such as wire strippers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers.May operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly/production equipment.Notifies group leader or supervisor of quality or other issues.May be assigned to Wiring, Epoxy, Final Assembly/Lensing, and other areas.May complete other duties as assigned.Education:High School or equivalent plus some related experience.Experience:Acquires job skills and learns work standards and procedures in order to complete routine tasks.Specializes Knowledge and Experience:Operates to well-defined process and procedures.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions is required.Work Environment and Physical DemandsGeneral office environment and manufacturing environment.Exposure to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools..and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;
