Job Summary Under functional guidance, manage one or more Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and/or support staff, responsible primarily for business development, relationship management and portfolio management. Provide coaching and performance assessment to the sales and support direct reports. Initiate and develop new business relationships. Ensure the portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with established Associated Banc-Corp credit policy, procedure and business strategy as well as commercial and regulatory guidelines. In addition, responsible for cross-selling all non-credit bank services (i.e., Commercial Deposit and Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, Private Client and Institutional Services, Associated Financial Group, Employee Benefit Services, Retail Bank-at-Work, etc.) to our existing client base and prospects.
