Provides administrative and secretarial supports to the Service Line/Sr. Director or equivalent. Assists supervisor with the coordination of system-wide functions for designated service line or corporate service.
This is a part-time, benefit eligible opportunity to support the Customer Experience department.
Coordinates system wide administrative functions for designated service line and/or corporate service
Assists supervisor with special projects ensuring project deadlines are met and materials are complete
Types memos, documents, reports, committee minutes, etc for the department director and staff
Attends meetings and takes minutes to ensure an accurate record of meeting is available
Maintains and updates computer files, lists, etc. to ensure accuracy of files, lists, etc
Compiles data for department statistical reports so that the supervisor may develop reports regarding department functions, services, etc
Performs administrative duties such as: answering the phones, sorting and distributing mail, etc
Schedules appointments and maintains calendar for supervisor in order to maintain schedule for supervisor
Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards
Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements
Performs other responsibilities as needed/assigned
2 years post-high school education/training in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years related experience
