Overview

Provides administrative and secretarial supports to the Service Line/Sr. Director or equivalent. Assists supervisor with the coordination of system-wide functions for designated service line or corporate service.

This is a part-time, benefit eligible opportunity to support the Customer Experience department.

Responsibilities/Job Description

  • Coordinates system wide administrative functions for designated service line and/or corporate service

  • Assists supervisor with special projects ensuring project deadlines are met and materials are complete

  • Types memos, documents, reports, committee minutes, etc for the department director and staff

  • Attends meetings and takes minutes to ensure an accurate record of meeting is available

  • Maintains and updates computer files, lists, etc. to ensure accuracy of files, lists, etc

  • Compiles data for department statistical reports so that the supervisor may develop reports regarding department functions, services, etc

  • Performs administrative duties such as: answering the phones, sorting and distributing mail, etc

  • Schedules appointments and maintains calendar for supervisor in order to maintain schedule for supervisor

  • Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards

  • Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements

  • Performs other responsibilities as needed/assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2 years post-high school education/training in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3 years related experience
