What You Will Do
The Senior Director of Clinical Integration & Population Health Strategy directs the delivery of the Strategy MWF’s responsibilities across Ministry Markets and serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of ambulatory, service line and business planning.
Partners with Ministry Market Chief Strategy Officers to develop three to five year strategic plans.
Supports Ministry Market leaders in the development of growth strategies, including major capital project business plans.
Serves as a strategic partner to Ministry Market Chief Strategy Officers in merger and acquisition discussions.
Supports activities to advance the organization's strategic development, including the ongoing implementation of core initiatives and new models.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Master’s degree or equivalent combination or education/related experience required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Seven years technical experience required.
Ten years technical experience preferred.
Five years leadership experience preferred.
