KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Security Operations to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Accountable for installation, implementation, automation, integration, analysis, maintenance and problem resolution of Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) management servers and clients
Build, configure, deploy, support, and maintain SEP management points and server clients
Host application support for anti-virus software, in support of the client areas’ business requirements, including disaster recovery; Support ongoing operations, automation, integration, performance analysis, and maintenance
Maintain up to date knowledge of new hardware and software developments; evaluate alternative approaches and recommend new software or modifications to enhance operations and development activities; Consult with IT staff and clients to determine the impact of new or revised applications on existing software
Develop and maintain process and procedure documents as well as documentation for troubleshooting SEP issues
Provide on-call 24X7 support as needed
Minimum three years of experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection and knowledge of Symantec or other anti-virus products
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), ESX/VSphere platform administration, and Windows Server operating systems
Enterprise Data Center experience with advanced technical skills in Windows operating systems, and supporting various enterprise class server hardware is preferred
Knowledge of Symantec Control Compliance Suite is preferred
