Description: Provide subject matter expertise to the Service Performance Office (TOP), the Service Operations Office (TOC) and the TO Corporate Services Office (TOZ) as Office Management and Staff Officer Support.Duties:• Provide subject matter expertise in providing recommendations and influencing status updates presented to the weekly SIOB by tracking activities and submitting draft recommendations to the project managers of the Operations Control Office (TOC) and the Service Performance Office (TOP).• Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices management by ensuring official taskers, Key Component (KC) Weekly Activity Reports and ad hoc action/initiatives are completed and submitted on time.• Assist the Corporate Services Office (TOZ) by managing, scheduling, tracking and providing status updates on training across the organization to include functional area training requirements (discretionary) as well as mandatory training. • Provide subject matter expertise to the Corporate Services Office (TOZ) by assisting in the execution of a quarterly Secure Operations Group (TO) recognition program to provide incentive structures with formal and informal recognition for government employees.• Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices in coordinating required preparation for recurring meetings; this includes Staff Meetings, Division Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Town halls.• The Subcontractor shall assist the Secure Operations Group Offices by assuring assigned tasks for the CIO-T current Fiscal Year Action Plan Tracker are accurate and updated in a timely manner. Experience:Required:• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.• Experience executing and completing rapid turn-around and short-suspense tasks.• Experience working on Intelligence Community or Department of Defense offices/programs.• Bachelor’s Degree or 3-6 years’ experience within a branch executive office or equivalentDesired:• Experience with continuous service/process improvement. • Experience on government systems (e.g. Defense Travel Systems (DTS), NGA Central Electronic Systems (NCERTS), Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS), NGA Management Execution Tracker System (MET)).• Effective management and organizational skills.• Experience in planning and leading sub-tasks/projects.• Knowledge of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense offices and programs.
