Ideal candidates will be currently separating junior Army Officers or SNCOs possessing a strong mix of relevant operational and logistics experience. Those with strong Defense Sales experience working with Army customers within these locations are also welcome to apply.less than/p>less thanp>less thanstrong>Regional Account Manager Duties:less than/strong>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Develop relationships withiArmy customers at all levels: end users, supply, officers, KOs, et cetera.less than/li>less thanli>Creatively address customer problems, becoming a true resource and solutions provider.less than/li>less thanli>Understand contract/funding methods and assist customers in their use.less than/li>less thanli>Partner with suppliers to provide best products and values to meet customer requirements.less than/li>less thanli>Determine innovative strategies to win business.less than/li>less thanli>Understand and represent ADS products and services and carry out direct sales activities in order to meet company defined quotas.less than/li>less thanli>A Military Sales Account Manager williprovide management with sales plan on a monthly basis.less than/li>less thanli>Generate quotes for customers and assist them in identifying optimal funding vehicles.less than/li>less thanli>Work with support teams (purchasing, accounting, warehouse, etc.) to ensure that all information is up to date in the system and that orders are delivered in a timely fashion.less than/li>less thanli>Regularly following up on closed sales to ensure delivery and quality were as promised.less than/li>less thanli>Make cold calls, face-to-face and via telephone prospecting to develop new business.less than/li>less thanli>Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.less than/li>less than/ul>less thanp>less thanstrong>RegionaliAccount Manager Qualifications:less than/strong>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Absolutely must be a highly competitive, challenge-oriented "self-starter" with the will/desire to be the best at what you do.less than/li>less thanli>Must be friendly and likeable i comfortable talking to "anyone" at all organizational tiers.less than/li>less thanli>Must possess strong strategic and analytical skills required to analyze customer problems and develop creative and effective solutions.less than/li>less thanli>Must be utterly committed to providing legendary customer service.less than/li>less thanli>Military Sales Account Manager must possess a strong understanding of military contracts, defense procurement and relevant purchasing methods required.less than/li>less thanli>2-5 years of experience selling to military or government highly preferred but equivalent military experience may be substituted.less than/li>less thanli>2+ years experience/demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, et cetera.less than/li>less thanli>50-75% Travel: Able to meet with customers outside under all weather conditions and must be able to travel by car/plane for long distances.less than/li>less thanli>Bachelors degree highly preferred, but equivalent prior sales and military experience may be substituted.less than/li>less thanli>Must be highly organized and adept at multi-tasking to juggle the duties of both inside and outside sales.less than/li>less thanli>Must be an excellent c
