Learn more at POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager for the Inland NW Region MultiCare Neuroscience Institute (MNI) will work with administration, leadership, operational, and clinical partners to develop and implement institute-wide programs and initiatives. This position is the administrative partner to the MNI Center of Excellence (COE) leadership dyad. The goal of these COE s is to deliver top-decile quality and patient experience performance while improving financial viability. This position is also accountable to improve institute culture, communication, and presence. This person will also coordinate COE marketing and outreach efforts; partner with leadership to clarify specific program requirements, prioritization, and timeline. Responsibilities include the managing the assigning MNI Center of Excellence within budget and scope; plan, oversee, and document all aspects of the COE program, track program performance, analyze COE short and long term goals, and adjust to market/organizational constraints based on financial analysis. This position will also coordinate project-related work with team members both within and outside of MNI; set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of each project as requested by the leadership team. The Program Manager facilitates and builds key relationships with physician and operational leaders, designs structure and processes for exceptional outcomes in a manner that improves health and the patient experience in the most cost-effective manner. This position requires expertise and experience working with physicians and management, as well as knowledge of the community, MHS and MNI departments and staff. This position requires strong organizational, communication and computer skills; independent thinking and decision making; exceptional customer service skills, creativity, and discretion. This position has a flexible work schedule, which may include some evenings and weekends.
