Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - contract

Spartanburg Company seeking administrative assistant / receptionist for 5 - 10 days to help out in the office. Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and pay is from $10 - $12/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones

  • Make phone calls

  • Data Entry

  • Filing

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Computer literate

  • Word and Excel

Education:

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

  • Professional phone voice

  • Good communication skills

  • Good with numbers
