This position requires selling Mathias Die products and services and supporting customers with new tooling and converting project requirements. This role is responsible for contacting current and prospective customers by phone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings with the departments objective on increasing sales to; contact new company leads to discuss their needs and sell Mathias Die Company products and support services contact current customers to discuss their needs and sell additional products and support services Do you have experience in a similar professional role? Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual sales plan which includes objectives for meeting sales forecasts. Increase revenues through sales call to potential and existing customers to qualify leads and sell products and support services. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from inquiries, trade shows, online websites, and other sources. Contact customers as assigned to gather information and specifications on new projects. Member of the sales team to share account information status, track account activities and embrace company sales objectives. Responsible for ensuring customer contact information is current and accurate. Keep customer satisfaction as a primary priority; courteous and professional communication at all times. Member of sales team; document account information status, track account activities and embrace company sales objectives. Embrace company ISO quality objectives and ensure processes are followed.
