Kelly Services is seeking candidates for a full time Administrative Assistant role in South Charleston, WV.
Performs a variety of administrative duties.\t
Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit.\t
Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line.\t
Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries.\t
Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination.\t
Employee will work closely with the POLYOX™ staff to perform tasks that assist in the smooth operation of the day-to-day activities of plant. Examples of these tasks include, but are not limited to, coordinating meals for customers, celebrations, etc, managing coffee/water with contractor for associated buildings, assisting in the maintaining of the plant library system, converting paper files to electronic, managing the review of plant operating discipline, focal point for ensuring staff has necessary office supplies, and office manager for primary office building.\t
Individual will need to be a self-starter and self-directed.
